Kimberly A. Slaven is an associate at Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP, and a member of the firm’s Consumer Litigation and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. Kimberly represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex commercial litigation, consumer litigation, and financial services litigation. Ms. Slaven also participates in the firm’s work as outside general counsel for business clients.
Ms. Slaven graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was President of Miami Law Women and a Dean’s Fellow with the school’s Academic Achievement Program. Prior to law school, Kimberly obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in History, once again from the University of Miami.
Prior to joining Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP, Ms. Slaven practiced insurance litigation at a prominent South Florida law firm and worked as a CLI with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Division.
