Candace Phillips is an associate and notary public at Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Consumer Litigation and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. Candace represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex commercial litigation, consumer litigation, healthcare payor/provider litigation, and class action litigation.
Candace graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law where she was a fellow in the Children and Youth Law Clinic, earning the Markus Award for her outstanding work. Candace also served as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge Richard Suarez at the Third District Court of Appeal and worked with the American Civil Liberties Union to create content for female youth to educate them about legal rights under Florida law. Candace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.
