Todd S. Payne, founding and administrative partner, represents corporate and individual clients in various complex corporate and commercial matters, ranging from corporate formation to contract and lease negotiation and preparation. He also handles such areas as real estate purchases and sales, foreclosures, landlord and tenant matters and other commercial litigation.

He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, American Bar Association, United State Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Todd also serves on the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee for the Florida Bar. He has often been appointed as a special public defender and guardian ad litem by judges in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami where he also earned his Juris Doctor degree. Todd is also a member of Iron Arrow, the University of Miami's highest honor. Todd also serves as a member of the NADCA Stands Committee. He is also a licensed pilot, scuba diver and race car driver.
