Edward H. Zebersky, founding partner, focuses his practice on class action, tort and civil rights litigation in both the state and federal courts. He is president of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and has served as chairman of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Insurance Committee for over five years.

Ed is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the United States Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison, earning a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing. He received a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Miami where he graduated Order of the Coif and was the Managing Editor of his Law Review.

Ed also dedicates a large part of his practice to many pro bono activities including extensive lobbying in Tallahassee, representing the victims of 9/11 and as a Guardian ad Litem.

Ed is an AV rated attorney.
