Michele L. Guerrero
With a bachelor's degree in liberal studies and a certificate in paralegal studies from Barry University, Michele Guerrero works with our attorneys and clients on commercial litigation and collection matters, including mortgage and lien foreclosures, bankruptcy, and construction cases. She also assists with real estate cases, including landlord/tenant, condominium associations, and homeowners associations. Michele is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, South Florida Paralegal Association and the Association of Legal Administrators.
Leslie D. Frank
Leslie is a certified paralegal with 20 years of experience in civil litigation. She focuses on premises liability, products liability, personal injury, and insurance defense. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and completed her paralegal studies at Rollins College, earning national certification in litigation, contracts, and real estate law.
Susana G. Oquendo
Susana is our legal assistant and a Notary Public. She has almost 25 years of experience in civil, commercial, and matrimonial litigation. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Lazzy Cruz
Lazzy Cruz is our legal assistant for civil litigation. She has approximately 25 years of experience in civil matters, including commercial, and product liability cases. Lazzy is fluent in English and Spanish.
Norma L. Diaz
Norma Diaz is a legal assistant and a Notary Public. She has 23 years of experience in civil matters, including commercial and family litigation. Norma is fluent in English and Spanish.
